Product Design

We will work with your idea or conception and make it a 3D reality. This will give you a virtual product for visualization of look, fit and function which in turn will ensure that you come to market with the right product. We will supply 2D prints upon request as an alternate means to accurately communicate part details, dimensions, material and finish requirements. Whether we supply 3D or 2D prints for manufacturing we will cut your manufacturing costs with accurate design information and intent.

Mold Design

We will design a 3D injection mold around your product that is designed to give optimum part quality and the lowest cycle time as to keep product quality high and part cost low. The 3D mold design also allows for virtual testing of fit and function, and analysis of best performance. This means that when it comes time to manufacture your mold it can be quickly manufactured without complications and interruptions during the critical mold making phase.

Mold Manufacturing

To seamlessly work with your product development from beginning to end we will also make the 3D and 2D programs for manufacturing your mold. Programming of the milling machines, wire machines, and  other manufacturing equipment. By doing this step for you we eliminate errors that might occur when transferring the files to others. We have created all the 2D and 3D data and we have the overall knowledge of the project. We can quickly work with your designs to create manufacturing data and save you time to market with the right product.

Injection Molding

GeForce Technologies will manage the injection molding of your product once all other steps have been completed. Having the ability and follow through on your product development from conception to manufacturing will eliminate any unnecessary steps and simplify communication for your project. We will give your project follow through and deliver on-time with a high quality total package.
